Ordering repeat prescriptions
Repeat prescriptions may be obtained by using the NHS app, if you are signed up for online services.
If you are unable to use the NHS app, please call our Prescription Ordering Line which will be available Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 3.30pm

Prescriptions will be signed within 72 hours after ordering – excluding weekends and bank holidays. Please then allow 48 hours for your preferred pharmacy to process the prescription. Thank you.
If you will have to pay for four or more prescription items in three months, or more than 14 items in 12 months, you may find it cheaper to buy a Prepayment Certificate (PPC). Some people may be exempt from paying for their prescriptions.
